Pretty rare, in 20 years as a PI/U2 software/ services provider I've experienced only one confirmed instance This was of repeated inappropriate access by a legitimate user with a grudge who found a back door into the database and by resetting control records caused quite serious problems for a few months. The individual concerned would have been more than capable of figuring out how to use UniObjects
I accept the chances are pretty slim and if it was my system I'd probably decide that the benefits outweighed the risk.
