Hi Ang, You get the message "Printer Segment Removed" if you invoke universe when already running universe as another user.
I usually get this message when I sh out to the shell from the Universe command language prompt, su to another user code, and then invoke universe by using the uv cmd from the shell prompt. The printer segment itself is an area of shared memory allocated to each Universe user.
