Our installer is a member of staff employed by us, I am sure a swift kick when I next see him will make sure he keeps up with his installations in the future so I don't look like an idiot when ariving on site. The daemon should automatically start following a boot / reboot of the server. The UVODBC group needs to be included as part of the UniVerse installation process.
