I have developed a web service in C# which uses UniData ODBC Driver to
connect to
the data base. This web service is working fine in my system (win2003
server). But when I deploy it to other system (win2003 server) it raises
following error.
ERROR [IA002] [Ardent][UniData ODBC Driver][IBM][SQL Client]ODB930087 ERROR
[IM005] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] Driver's SQLAllocHandle on
SQL_HANDLE_DBC failed ERROR [01000] [Microsoft][ODBC Driver Manager] The driver
doesn't support the version of ODBC behavior that the application requested
(see SQLSetEnvAttr).
at System.Data.Odbc.OdbcConnection.Open()
Then I developed a windows application in C# which also uses UniData ODBC
Driver to connect to database. This application works fine in my system and
when ported to other system it works fine there too.
Does some body tell me how to remove the above error
Moreover , Both systems have same Operating System, IIS server, .Net Frame
work 2.0 and ODBC Driver installed. Same DSN also exists in both systems.
The last piece of infornation is that I have deployed the same Web Service to
five
systems and they work fine there but in 1 System it throws above runtime
error.
