Kathy, you should be able to speak with your VAR and if they work
through a distributor get them to grant access...

Ultimately it is all about ensuring that IBM are getting their
maintenance dollars justifying their work on keeping the web site fully
accessible to all.

But if you make regular use of it - I am sure your VAR will find it
easier to get you access as well!
