Also, keep in mind that when assignming permissions.
When you re-write a record in UV, it doesn't modify the record.
first it deletes the record, then it writes the record back out.
So if you want someone to be able to write in UV, they will
need both delete and write access, not just write access.
This also comes into play if you have a type 1 / 19 file, and
you try to make one of the "items" a link to another file somewhere else
when the UV modifies that record it will delete the record first
(removing the link), then write the record (locally), so the linked
record will not have been updated, and now you have two versions of
this "file" in two places.
