It has been notified through the reseller network for a number of weeks and they were asked to invite their customers. Many resellers are nervous to invite customers to such sessions in case some one hijacks them, so it is hard for IBM to get the message out. I had to get permission to push it out to the general list to catch anyone else who may not have heard and apologize I couldn't get it out sooner.
