And I sincerely hope that those of you who are loading Beta software are
reporting your findings to Microsoft (or whomever the vendor might be) so
that the problems can be fixed _before_ the software goes production.  In
this market especially I think people are much more inclined to badmouth
vendors than they are to report issues for resolution.  Human nature?

In my experience, over the last 3 years or so that I've been paying
attention, Microsoft has continued to be very eager to investigate and fix
issues that are reported to them.  I've got guys calling me almost every
day to follow-up on issues I've reported, check on my testing, etc.
Sometimes it's almost annoying, but I really appreciate their dilligence
because we get better software for it.
