First, my own var, Strategy Seven, was aggressive in getting me access
to the knowledgebase.

Second, I think an enhancement request for opening up the UBM
knowledgebase is in order, even though we know it may fail in the short
run per Brian Leach's comments reproduced below.  If the U2 User Group's
voice is loud and clear, IBM (& any cranky vars) may rethink the
arrangement.  There may be contracts that could not immediately be
broken, but we may see some change.   I know I can get a lot of HP & MS
& other vendors' documentation fairly easily  It seems like a
no-brainer.

I think Strategy Seven was happy to get me out of their hair.  I can now
look up stuff instead of wasting their time.

Knowledgebase would be a good feature for the incubator as well as the
rest of us :
