Hmmm, I haven't seen anything like this but the "L10" being appended looks suspiciously like a bad conversion justification that might be appending to the file name. I would check all the dictionaries involved in this listing, including @id, @, @select, any 'PH's and any other dict control items to make sure they aren't mal-formed.
