The U2UG Enhancement Committee (aka, "Better&Better") proposes a new convention for you to suggest and discuss enhancements to any of the U2-related products.
We would like to use the U2-USERS list as the primary discussion area for such initial proposals. Post with a subject line beginning with with [BB], followed by the title of your proposal. It need not start out as a full-blown formal proposal. Brainstorming is encouraged. Subsequent posts to the thread may result in acceptable workarounds, modification, clarifications, additions, etc.. If, after discussion settles down, it coalesces or distills to an enhancement request(s), the Better&Better Committee will flesh it out into a proposal ready to submit to IBM. We will put the final version on the U2UG Enhancement Forum as the official repository, and post it back to U2-users, too, and send an email blast to the U2UG membership with a request that anyone who cares should email their vote to better&[EMAIL PROTECTED] Votes will be: Greatly desired Would be nice Don't care Disagree (Expect some changes to rating methods in the future, especially regarding relative values of many requests - they can't all be Top Priority - but for now, "KIS", Keep It Simple, is our guiding principle.) At that point the committee will present the proposal to IBM, with the measured assessment of the user group behind it.
