Greetings, We're using Universe 10.1.11 and RedBack 4.1 on W2000 (Universe and RedBack on separate servers). The RedBack Scheduler (which resides on the Universe Server) dies occasionally for some unknown reason. The only way to bring it back is by either restarting the Scheduler manually or by rebooting both servers.
We tried to upgrade RedBack to 4.2, but that didn't help. Then, we re-installed RedBack, but that didn't help either. Is there a possibility that the Scheduler stops from a command from some application? If so, please specify what type of a command it is. If anyone experienced this type of a problem or can provide us with some tips, then please respond.
