Which includes a table with the entire Code39 character set and barcode (width) definitions. Your table appears to have a '1' at the end of every character, which I'm guessing represents the narrow intercharacter space required by Code39. Other than that your table of 1's and 2's seems to correspond to the N's and W's (for Narrow and Wide) included in the table on the above web page.
