UniVerse instances will run on discrete nodes in a cluster quite happily - it is not however cluster aware.
So - UniVerse will not specifically make use of cluster resources, it will however make use of the file system in whichever way you present it (just ignoring any cluster-specific). You can run single instances of UniVerse on multiple nodes (as discrete instances) however - and if you wish you can share data files between instances using UV-NET. Please do not try sharing data files between multiple instances without using UV-NET - you will lose lock integrity if you attempt this. *TWEAK* - UniVerse replication got a LOT faster in (very) late 10.1 - if you looked at it previously and did not adopt it because of replication speed it might be time to take a fresh look. How does UniVerse behave in such an environment? Did you have to double up on UV licenses? I'm especially interested in anyone who might be clustering in a "campus/metropolitan" type setup where the nodes are separated by several kilometers.
