Basically it has to do with PCI. We are putting all of our card data on a secure encrypted SQLServer so we can access the data from all of our applications. The records will most likely be in one table and we will want to read the data, record by record, or write it, record by record, using UV. Or, get/put, whatever the term being used. It has to be real time and as fast as possible, up to 5,000 cards a minute, as we do now.
