Talk to you supplier about backup server licensing. There are a couple of options for licensing UniVerse on a backup server. One scenarios that had previously been offered is for one license on the hot site and when the other fails you up the license on the backup server. The second option was more immediate and allowed to have all licenses running on the hot site at a discount. You need to check how the new licensing fits with scenario 1.
