Using Universe, how do I inform that a dictionary item is a subvalue
(multisubvalue) associated to another multivalue item?
Unlike Unidata, UniVerse does not distinguish between items associated at
the value level or those associated at the subvalue level.
It should pair up things correctly (though I do vaguely recall that there
may be a bug if the items wrap around to a new line).
