It amazes me how complicated things become when we try to play the "don't upset anyone" card. We're all in a business, for goodness sake, and continuing whatever it takes to make that business thrive is not only in our own personal best interest, but also the best interests of those we serve. So if that means that we have to put [AD] around everything we say, then so be it.
