John Are you making the move from being factored to trying to doing your own credit and collections? So that you need to track outstanding orders and compare them to outstanding invoices and the customer's credit limit?
Or do you already have invoicing, cash posting and an aging system? And just want to track dunning your customers? So that you want to keep an electronic phone log of who was called by whom and when and which invoices?
