You'll want to write a shell or perl script using 'last' and compare that to
your /etc/passwd file (or wherever HPUX stores usernames). Last will show
you who HAS logged in, you'll have to do the bookkeeping to figure out who
hasn't.
Conversely, you could try parsing it from the output of 'finger' and write a
script that fingers each user in your /etc/passwd file.
