If you are just wanting a mock version of the web service to test against, take a look at SoapUI (www.soapui.org). It's free and does exactly what I think you want. You can give it a wsdl, and tell it to run a service matching that wsdl. You can make calls against it and see what is passed by the caller. You can also use it in the reverse direction to test your own web services.
