The trouble is probably under SB+ Ter Defn Setting.
/Admin / Printers & Terminals / Terminal Definitions / (load the term you use))
{F7} Keys+
Make empty the field "Limit value of Displayable Characters".
{F2} {F2}
Then you get the extended chars authorized.
