Hey all, We have a weird issue with WebDE that has suddenly come up that I'm hoping someone can help point me in the right direction on. Starting today, we are unable to connect to our testing server through WebDE. This is an installation that has been working and stable for some time, but all of a sudden we get an error from rgw.dll that states the following:
Can't connect to the account 'rbcorp' (isr-uvt:8401) rc=-1 ... (RedBack ErrorCode = 0xf0060010) (System ErrorCode=11004 - The requested name is valid, but no data of the requested type was found. ) We have stopped and restarted services, rebooted both UV and Web servers, and constantly get the same error. This is WebDE 4.4.0 on the Windows platform. Any ideas as to what might have caused this to start out of the blue? We are having no problems with our development and production environments, which are set up identically.
