0. I could not get it to work here.
1. How does DC get set to SB+ mode?  When I go to
Setup/Terminal/Extensions it indicates...

        SB
        Arrow keys required by some users of SB+
        Version 6.0.1

        SB Keys
        SB+ extension to VT100 V6.0.1
        Set SB to WINTEG or VT100 or TERMITE

2. What flavor of Terminal Emulation is in use there?

I must be missing something.  Stuart, I just tried this w/ DC 6.0.1 it
just displays the characters on the screen.
