DataStage would be an option. I am not using it, but it would be the cadillac solution. At the low, but excellent, end of the spectrum, I would put Cedarville DOWNLOAD, which can also extact to xml, for example IIRC.
Depending on your goal, something like Informer or MITS might fit the bill too.
