We are doing as much of it as possible.  We are only bringing in the VAR for 
those things that are unique to their application (and we will be doing a lot 
of that ourselves too).

Rebuilding the indexes from scratch is a good point.

Guess it might be a good idea to rebuild all index's.  Do you have a var 
doing the upgrade or an IBM rep?  The docs probably address this.
