[U2] Performance counters

Hi
Can anyone please remember how to install the performance counters for an 
existing UniVerse site? There's nothing appearing when in the performance 
monitor list of counters, and the 
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Universe\Performance 
section is missing.
