September 15, 2009: IBM has signed an agreement to sell the U2 assets to Rocket Software, a global software development company. Founded in 1990, Rocket is a provider of OEM software to IBM, HP and other Fortune 500 companies. Rocket's R&D focus has the potential to accelerate the growth of U2's business.
