Well said. The key thing here is that there hasn't been a takeover. U2 wasn't a company, there were a division. Transfers like this have a different character - especially in terms of the number of steps they need to take before they are complete. Assume that there are still thinks to stamp and sign and the lack of details becomes clearer. Legal issues bind their mouths - for now.
