You have to edit the install scripts and replace 'decompress' with 'gunzip'. There might be some other error messages coming up and you might have to install some other libraries. I never write it down when I go through it. Other than that it runs very nice. It feels by factor 10 faster than Windows. Later versions didn't do it for me and neither did Novell/Suze which I like the most of the Linux distributions.
