All of the suggestion so far should be of value, but I'll note that if the HTML pages include javascript or CSS you're going to have a problem with all of the suggestions. Some tools like HtmlDoc (another fine but limited solution) don't process CSS at all and only process up to HTML 3.2, not 4.x. Let us know in this forum if your requirements are more complex.
