Not to step on Roy's suggestions here, (Hi Roy, LTNS by the way) but the
simplest and safest methodology is uvbackup/uvrestore. It takes care of
byte order switching for you so there is no need to fnuxi the resulting
files. I've used it many times to move accounts between AIX and Windows.
