If you are on linux use either mutt or mail
e.g. EXECUTE "!mutt -a {fileToAttach} -s {subject}
emailaddress,emailaddress2 < /dev/null"
or EXECUTE '!echo "hello world" | mail -s {subject} emailaddress"
we send thousands of mails every week using this method.
