This is how it was explained to me. We are an advertising company and do inserts and direct mailings for various stores. We create for these clients advertisements for Black Friday. At some time in the past some of these Black Friday ads mysteriously appeared on wordpress.com in advance of when the client wanted them released. Therefore the clients have 'requested' that access to that domain (among others) be restricted from within our network.
