Ok, so now that the conversation has rotated slowly around a never ending, entirely unconnected point, which I never quite grasped, what exactly would you want written?
I don't mind writing a cheat sheet, a PDF book, whatever, and yes, Sir Noah, a collaboration would be fun (which would in itself be the motivation required).
