Don't use too many dynamic files myself. However, I would imagine if you...

Assuming you are on *nix
Assuming uvhome is /usr/uv

-Login to uv account
MASTER OFF ALL
-shutdown uv
/usr/uv/bin/uv -admin -stop
-changed the parameter in /usr/uv/uvconfig
(Just use your favorite text editor)
-do a uvregen
cd /usr/uv
bin/uvregen
-Stop uv again to make sure acec segment did not get started
/usr/uv/bin/uv -admin -stop
-start up uv again
/usr/uv/bin/uv -admin -start
-verify change took effect
bin/uv/smat -t
(Look for T30FILE in output)

Of course this will kick everyone off.

In windows there might be some gui tool to do it.
