Ok I can see where to edit it now in UV.ACCESS -> UVBACKUP:

uvadmýrootýNT AUTHORITY\system
READýWRITE


If I wanted to add read\write properties for a user called USER1, would I just 
add the user to line #1 and keep line #2 the same?
