Your colleague has run into a hard coded limit of 10 connections from the one IP address that is a "feature" of device licensing. The only workaround is - if you have control of the intervening software - to disable the use of sub-addresses, thereby disabling device licensing, and costing one licence per connection. Or use an edition of UniVerse that does not support device licensing.
