Dear UAI collegue, Would anybody give me comparison between Hugin and Netica? It seems that the CPT from data with these are different (and the accuracy as well). It would be useful for me to know what makes the difference even though the trend is rather similar. Is there any other software or API code that gives each posterior probability of a query (or target) node in a file that contains several cases?
