You can try using BayesiaLab ( http://www.bayesia.com/ ) that allows
computing the posterior of a target variable wrt cases described in a
file. It also comes with a complete toolbox of structural learning
algorithms (unsupervised and supervised learning to focus the learning
process on your target).
