I had this happen, or something similar to this happen, on 0.1.8. Ubiquity would be working fine, then randomly, it stopped coming up. A firefox restart would fix. I noticed whacky errors in the error console, which I foolishly didn't capture, but they were coming from the hiddenframe. I've reinstalled from source, so, I can chase it down if it reoccurs.
Is there a trac ticket for this? I ididn't see one.
