An update mostly for the core team on where the top 25 stand:

I have sent emails to all the command developers who had contact
information listed (22 out of 25).  Of the 12 that have not been
updated yet, one is definitely in the process of updating.  Two have
indicated to me that they are super busy and will update when they
have time.  I haven't heard back from the remaining nine people.

I have all this info in a spreadsheet, but I won't post it publicly
because it has people's email addresses in it.  If you want access to
it, shoot me an email.
