I agree, it would be nice to make more space for translations (and maybe use a bigger font while we're at it). Changing the dimensions would need a bit of design team input to make sure it jives with the rest of Ubiquity, but I would be open to making it taller or wider, or both. I choose the German language. In the slideshow there are scrollbars. I can't attach a screenshot because for me it was not possible to move them on a usb stick. The problem is that you can fix this bug if you simply for example shorten the translated text. But this idea is not good. Then every translation in other languages must be also shortened perhaps,. I personally think and there the installer should be bigger and then there would be enough place. I use a laptop with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768. I'm quite sure that this can happen with other languages. I don't know what is possible, but this wouldn't happen if the installer window would be bigger like in openSUSE or in Fedora.
