I found rain attenuation the table in the AF24 user guide to be pretty close to my observations. My longest link is 3.7 miles, and it drops out during really heavy precipitation (couple times a year). I have a 5ghz link running along side it, and is connected to ports on my switches with higher spanning tree cost. It's simple and it works fine as long as spanning tree learning is fast enough failover time for the customers on your link. _______________________________________________ Ubnt_users mailing list [email protected] http://lists.wispa.org/mailman/listinfo/ubnt_users
