Hi all, Some of you may have met me at WISPAPALOOZA this or in previous years through my wireless work with Inveneo (www.inveneo.org) deploying wifi in underserved areas like Haiti, Uganda, Kenya, and the Philippines.
I'm again supporting Inveneo in some disaster response work, this time to connect responders and medical professionals in Ebola impacted areas in West Africa (Liberia, Sierra Leone, Guinea). I was considering incorporating some 24 port, 250W edgeswitches into our rapid deployment design because they meet some needs very well. I had thought from the chatter on the list that these were past the initial launch stage of being very difficult to get...but after checking with my distributor I'm finding they're still out of stock.
