Hi guys,
We have a customer asking for us to quote on a 45km link with "good
line of sight."
Has anyone ever put in a Ubiquiti link at this distance and if so,
what speeds were you able to achieve?
I've run RocketM5 links that far, they worked well and were able to run
40-50M+
I wonder if curvature of the Earth would have an impact on a link this
far, and if so, how high up we'd need to be.
Model the link in some software, such as radio mobile or
towercoverage.com, to get your optimum height. 1.0 fresnel is best.
