Its what the company who had them installed said (before we bought that part of 
the network).  In fact powerbridges were installed for their wide antenna 
pattern for that reason.  Just sharing what we were told...

we have installed a few additional poles and use rocket dishes and haven't had 
an issue (been over a year since that was done).   We have one wood pole that 
even survived the remnants of a hurricane....or, actually, it was - well - 
nevermind lol

      We use them and twist isn't a problem but since we don't have a bucket 
      truck arranging access to the equipment is a problem.
