Dud that sucks I just talked to all my techs.  Really sounds like on end. Are 
they bridged?  Don’t have a duplicate IP do you? How about some goofy traffic 
shaping on one end.

When I had this it was noise.  Replaced with force 110 (maybe ptp).  Fixed it 
in a day.

How are you running the bandwidth tests?  Have you tried iperf between radios 
to single out the rf?  Is there any variation in speed when changing the 
channels?  i've seen this with a ub when there is an mtu crunch, otherwise i 
would jjst blame the units.
