We have quite a few USG’s in place on out IT Service customers and love them. We have a centralized Unifi controller in our data center that we use to manage them and have no trouble at all. How were you connecting the USG’s to the unifi controller, and where was it? Feel free to contact me off list and I will be happy to help you in any way I can. The USG is an awesome low cost solution for simple offices, and we can still do content filtering and other more advanced things that Sonicwall and others charge a lot of money to do.

However, we have bought 2 and both could not keep their config for more than a few days after we put it up. We constantly were driving almost an hour out to reset it and it was driving us and our customers crazy. Anyone found a comparable product that is more stable/reliable? I suppose it wouldn't have to be ubiquiti. On 05/24/2017 03:33 PM, Tom Fadgen wrote: They have different versions R5AC-PTMP, R5AC-PRISM and RP-5AC-GEN2.
