Anyone know how many support tickets each support rep works at UBNT? I have one open for an ES-48-Lite that is clearly a known hardware issue and the support guy takes forever to respond. And the only time he has responded it was to tell me to reset the switch. I don't know anyone that would have opened a ticket without having already tried that.
